摘 要:含油污泥是原油加工、输运和炼制过程伴随的副产品,含有大量的老化原油、腊质、沥青质、胶体、固体悬浮物,一般呈稳定的悬浮乳状液体系,很难用普通分离方法处理。鉴于含油污泥具有一定的热值和黏结性,以含油污泥、粉煤和粘土为原料制备型煤,探讨了不同来源的含油污泥的添加比例、干燥时间以及成型压力对型煤抗压强度及热稳定性的影响。结果表明,成型压力、干燥时间以及含油污泥的添加比例对型煤的抗压强度以及热稳定性有显著的影响;制备型煤的优化条件为:成型压力80~120 MPa,干燥时间2~3 h,含油污泥的添加比例不超过25%.以含油污泥为粘结剂制备的型煤符合《陕西省地方洁净型煤技术标准》。Oily sludge is byproducts of crude oil processing, transport and refining which contains a lot of aging crude oil, wax and asphahene, colloid and suspended solids, it' s generally a stable suspension e- mulsion system and a stable dispersed state, it is difficult to separate by ordinary methods. As oily sludge has a certain calorific value and bondability, we used oily sludge, pulverized coal and clay as raw materi- als to prepare briquette. The effect of the added ratio of different oily sludge, drying time, drying temper- ature and molding pressure on the compressive strength and thermostability of the briquette was investi- gated. The results showed that forming pressure, drying time, drying temperature and the added ratio of oily sludge have a significant impact on the compressive strength of briquette. The preparing condition is optimized. When the molding pressure is 80 - 120 MPa, drying time is 2 -3 h, and the added ratio of oil- y sludge is no more than 25% ,the briquette prepared with the oil sludge as adhesive meets the 《The Standard of Shaanxi local clean briquette Technology》.
