摘　　要：文章介绍了目前最流行的国际货币理论,回顾了改革开放以来中国不断完善人民币汇率形成机制、拓宽人民币国际化市场基础、持续推进外汇市场改革的历史和人民币国际化进程,在此基础上提出了人民币国际化的若干政策建议。This article introduces the most popular international monetary theory at present, and reviewsChina＇s constant improvement of RMB exchange rate formation mechanism, widening of market foundation for RMB internationalization, and continuous advancing of history of foreign exchange market reform. Based on that, this article raises some policy suggestions for the internalization of RMB.
