摘　　要：学术报告是实现知识传播的一种重要手段和途径。学术报告中的知识传播包含知识授体、知识受体和传播环境三大要素,知识传播过程包括知识准备过程、知识流动过程、知识共享过程和知识创新四个环节。文章分析了学术报告中知识传播机理,针对性地提出了学校管理学术报告的五项措施。Academic report is an important means to achieve knowledge dissemination. Knowledge dissemination of academic report includes three aspects： knowledge of donor, receptor and the knowledge dissemination environ- ment. Knowledge dissemination process include knowledge flows, knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation. The article put forward the corresponding measures of academic report management through the study of the mechanism of knowledge transfer.
