摘  要:本文对我国香港、台湾地区和加拿大金融消费纠纷第三方调解机制进行了总结,指出三地均有非诉处理机制的特点,均贯彻公平、合理、专业及时经济便捷的纠纷处理理念。同时指出,三地在监管部门、职责内容、纠纷处置程序范围方面有所不同,我国应借鉴经验,前瞻性地研究如何建立第三方纠纷解决机制。The paper summarizes the third-party mediation mechanism of financial consumer dispute in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Canada, and points out that the characteristics of non-accusing processing mechanism takes on in three places, and the fair, reasonable, professional, timely, economic and convenient dispute resolution concept are carried out in three places. At the same time, the paper points out that in three places regulators, functions, scopes of dispute settlement procedures are different, and China should learn fxom experience and prospectively studies how to use the third party dispute resolution mechanism.
