关于基层人民银行推行公务卡制度的思考

摘　　要：随着经济发展和财政改革的推进,人民银行公务卡结算制度的推行成为必然。本文分析了推行公务卡对人民银行财务管理的影响,并结合公务卡在基层人民银行实践中遇到的实时监督不足、公务卡使用率有待进一步提升等问题,提出相关建议。Along with the economic development and the advancement of financial reform, the implementation of the settlement system of PBC＇s official business bank cards become inevitable. The paper firstly analyzes the effect of using official business bank cards on PBC＇s financial management. And combined with the problems that there is insufficient real-time supervision and the utilization rate remains to be further enhanced in practice, the paper puts forward related suggestions.
