摘　　要：目的了解基层部队军人战友关系现状和特征,探讨战友关系与社会支持和应对方式的关系。方法采用自编战友关系主观自我评价一题、应对方式和社会支持量表对1435名作战部队军人进行问卷调查。运用卡方检验、秩和检验及logistic回归进行统计分析。结果作战部队军人战友关系主观自评为"好"的占总人数的79.0%,自评为"一般"的占20.6%,自评为"差"的仅占0.4%。在职别、受教育程度、家庭组成、年龄、军龄以及母亲职业维度,战友关系主观自评均存在明显差异(P<0.0001)。Logistic回归分析显示,解决问题、求助、自责和社会支持总分进入回归方程,对人际关系构成显著地回归效应(P<0.05)。结论作战部队军人人际关系主观自我评价总体状况良好。解决问题、求助和社会支持总分对战友关系主观评价不良有负向预测作用,自责对战友关系主观评价不良有正向预测作用。Objective To understand the present situation and characteristics of comradeship in combat troops and investigate the correlation between comradeship and coping style, social support. Methods The 1435 soldiers from combat troop were enrolled in this study and received investigation by one serf-assessment question, coping style scale and social support scale. The data was analyzed by Chi square test, rank-sum test and logistic regression analysis. Results Among the answers 70.9% in this study to serf-assessment question about comradeship were ＂good＂, 20.6% were ＂common＂ and only 0.4% were ＂bad＂. The level of position, educational levels, family composition, age, length of military service, mothers＇ profession job occupation, and comradeship self-assessment had all significant difference in subjects （P〈0.0001）. Logistic regression analysis demonstrated that problem-solving capability, appeal ability, serf-accusation and social support had more effect on regression effect than other factors （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The serf-assessment of comradeship in combat troops is good. Problem- solving capability, appeal ability, and social support are negative prediction on bad serf-accusation of comradeship. Self-accusation is positive prediction on bad serf-accusation of comradeship.
