摘　　要：城镇化是现代工业文明取代传统农耕文明的过程,同时也是人口迁徙的过程。工业化促使农业剩余劳动力出现,农业人口迁移依附于区域产业结构和农地制度,以此为基础分析我国城镇化的困境在于土地制度的改革,调整农业产业化结构,并提出加强土地流转制度的供给以及利益再分配的建议。Urbanization is a process in which modern industrial civilization replaces the traditional farming civilization,and also the process of population migration,industrialization leads to surplus agricultural labor,migration of rural population is dependent on regional industrial structure and agricultural land system as a basis for analysis of China’s urbanization dilemma,and make recommendations.
