基于资源配置的西部农村金融问题探讨——以贵州省黔西南布依族苗族自治州为例

摘　　要：金融资源是现代市场经济中不可缺少的一种稀缺资源,任何经济的发展都离不开有效的资源配置。金融资源在西部农村的配置状况,直接关系到我国西部新农村建设的进展和"三农"问题的解决。我国西部农村金融资源配置存在着资金、组织和市场方面的问题,使得西部农村金融资源配置的效率低下,严重影响了西部农村经济的发展。Financial resource is an indispensable scarce resource to the modern market economy. Any economic development is inseparable from the effective allocation of resources. Configuration status of financial resources in the western rural areas directly re-lates to the progress of the western rural construction and the solution of ＂agriculture, countryside and farmers＂. There are financial, organizational and market aspects of the western rural allocation of financial resources, which make the western rural financial re-source allocation ineflqciencies, and seriously affect the west em rural economic development. This paper that takes Southwest of Guizhou for an example, analyzes the typical problems that currently exist in the western rural allocation of financial resources and these causes, and then puts forward suggestions to solve these issues.
