摘　　要：目前，高职《物业管理法规与案例分析》课程的学材数量非常少，且存在内容编排体系庞杂、选用案例较少、案例陈旧、适用教学任务偏少等问题。笔者针对该专业的工作过程，尝试研究如何组织有效的课程学材，给出了一定的研究思路并取得一定成效，希望同行探讨并得以完善。At present, several problems exist in vocational learning materials for the course ＂Property Management Regulations and Case Studies＂, such as very little volume, complicated content arrangement system, less and older case, less suitable teaching task, etc. The author aims at the work process for the course, and try to study how to organize effective curriculum learning materials, to give a certain research ideas and to identify some success, and would like to explore and improve.
