康惠尔透明贴治疗前列地尔注射液所致静脉炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨康惠尔透明贴治疗前列地尔注射液所致静脉炎的效果。方法:选取2012年11月～2013年5月在我科住院使用前列地尔注射液引起静脉炎的患者42例,随机分为实验组和对照组各21例,实验组采用康惠尔透明贴,对照组采用高渗葡萄糖、地塞米松的混合溶液处理,比较两组患者的疗效。结果:实验组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:康惠尔透明贴治疗前列地尔注射液所致的静脉炎疗效显著。Objecve： Discussin on Kang Huier transparent paste in the treatment of phlebitis caused by the effect of alprostadil. Methods：Seiect 2012 from November to 2013 May in our hospital with alprostadil injection caused 42 cases of patients with phlebitis. Were randomly divided into control group and experimental group of 21 cases. The experimental group used Cornwell transparent paste.The control group using hypertonic glucose the mixed solution dexamethasone.Compared two groups.Results： The experimental group was higher than That of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions：Phlebitis Kang Huier transparent paste treatment of alDrostadil.iniection induced significant.
