摘　　要：舆情民意和司法公正是辩证统一的,舆情民意对于司法公正具有促进、监督作用,同时,舆情民意在自身局限性下会对司法公正产生不利影响。完善立法民意收集制度和司法民意吸纳制度、培育公民的法治观念、建立舆情引导机制和司法与媒体的良性互动机制是解决二者冲突的衡平之术。Public opinions and judicial justice are dialectical unity,public opinions plays an important role in promoting and supervising judicial justice.At the same time,public opinions＇ own limitations may negatively affect judicial justice.It is a balanced approach to solve their conflicts by improving the system of collecting legislation public will and absorbing adjudication public will,cultivating legal ideology of citizens,establishing the mechanism of guiding public sentiment,establishing the virtuous interactive mechanism for adjudication and media.
