摘　　要：文章运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,从中国传统管理思想的角度对高校篮球队的管理工作进行了初步探讨,力求构建一套既符合国情又符合高校篮球队自身特点的管理体系,为篮球管理者提供参考。With the methods of literature, logic analysis and other research methods, from the Chinese point of view or traditional management thoughts, the paper conductes a preliminary study on the management of college basketball team, and strives to build a set of management ways consistent with national conditions and consistent with its own characteristics for college basketball team management, to provide a reference for the basketball managers.
