孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童过敏性紫癜疗效的meta分析

摘　　要：目的系统评价孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童过敏性紫癜的临床疗效和安全性。方法检索国内外医药数据库,收集孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童过敏性紫癜的临床试验文献,采用RevMan 5.0软件进行meta分析。结果共纳入11篇临床试验文献,共882例患者,meta分析结果显示,孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童过敏性紫癜疗效优于常规治疗组,显效率与有效率RR(95%CI)分别为1.38(1.20～1.59)与1.21(1.13～1.28)。结论现有证据表明,孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童过敏性紫癜疗效确切,但由于临床研究质量普遍较低,且样本量较小,尚需开展更多高质量临床研究进行验证。[ Objective ] To evaluate the efficacy and safety of montelukast sodium in the treatment of anaphylactoid purpura in chil- dren. [ Methods] The clinical trials of montelukast sodium for anaphylactoid purpura in children were collected by retrieving domestic and foreign medical databases. The meta-analysis was performed by RevMan 5.0 software. [ Results ] 11 clinical trials were searched, and a total of 882 patients were involved. The recta-analysis showed that the montelukast sodium had better curative effect for anaphylactoid purpura in children as compared with the conventional therapy. RR （95% CI） of the obvious effective rate and effective rate was 1.38 （ 1.20-1.59 ） and 1.21 （ 1.13-1.28 ） respectively. [ Conclusion] According to the available data, montelukast sodium has definite clinical effect in the treatment of anaphylactoid purpura in children. However, due to poor quality and small sample size of included studies, it is necessary to carry out more high-quality clinical trials to verify this result.
