摘　　要：目的了解滦南县农村生活饮用水安全与水质卫生现状,为改善农村饮用水水质提供科学依据。方法调查滦南县居民供水方式、水源类型、覆盖人口、供水能力等资料,采用分层随机抽样的原则抽取30处农村集中式供水工程为重点调查对象。每调查点按丰水期、枯水期分别采样1次。结果共监测水样120份,合格97份,合格率80.8%。丰水期与枯水期监测结果的合格率分别是70.0%、91.7%,差异有统计学意义,微生物学指标合格率较低是影响水质的主要因素;全县监测人口共39 719人,饮用不合格生活饮用水共17 130人,占监测总人口的43.1%,高于全国农村饮水不安全人口比例(34.3%)。结论滦南县农村饮用水卫生状况较差,微生物污染是滦南县农村饮水的主要卫生问题,除应加强对水源的防护与水质的净化消毒处理外,加强丰水期微生物指标的监测是保障饮用水安全的一种重要手段。[ Objective] To understand the safe and sanitary condition of rural drinking water in Luannan County, provide scientific basis for improving the rural drinking water quality. [ Methods ] The data of water supply modes, types of water source, coverage of the population and water supply capacity in Luannan County were investigated, and 30 rural centralized water supply projects were collected as the research objects by stratified random sampling. Each research site was sampled once in the dry season and flood season respectively. [ Results] A total of 120 water samples were monitored, and 97 were qualified with the qualified rate of 80. 8%. The qualified rate in flood season and dry season was 70.0% and 91.7% respectively, and the difference was significant. The lower qualified rates of microbiological indicators were the main factor that influenced the water quality. 39 719 people were involved in this study, and 17 130 have drunk the unqualified water, which accounted for 43.1% of all population, and was higher than the national proportion （ 34.3% ）. [ Conclusion] The sanitary condition of rural drinking water in Luannan County is poor, and microbial contamination is the main health problem in rural drinking water in Luannan County. In order to ensure the safety of drinking water, it is necessary to strengthen the water source protection and disinfection treatment, and improve the monitoring of microbiological indicators in the flood season.
