摘 要:无锡恒隆广场塔楼属于特别不规则的复杂型钢混凝土框架-核心筒结构。对该塔楼结构进行罕遇地震下的动力弹塑性分析,在有限数量的地震波作用下构件状况符合预设性能的要求,但这并不能完全保证性能目标的实现。通过比较结构在罕遇地震和多遇地震下的层间位移角,发现可能出现弹塑性变形集中的薄弱楼层;通过计算框架在罕遇地震作用下的正截面承载力,并与框架的最大剪力进行比较,结构大部分楼层的型钢柱框架不会发生屈服,故这些楼层可表现为受约束的屈服机制,但个别楼层框架要成为有效的二道防线需进行加强处理。The high-rise building of Wuxi Henglong,with steel renforced concrete(SRC) frame-tube structural system,has several characteristics beyond code limits.Dynamic elastic-plastic time history analysis was performed to check for the prespecified performances.The status of structural elements under seismic wave input was consistent with the expectations,but limited number of seismic wave input can not ensure the realization of performance aim.A new method comparing the story drift ratio under the rare earthquake and the frequency earthquake to find possible weak story was given.Flexure capacity of steel reinforced concrete column was computed to compare with the results of time history analysis under the rare seismic input.While the story shear forces are less than the flexural capacity of SRC frame,lateral displacements of the storeys with reinforcement yielding structural member is confined.The SRC frames need to be strengthened for some storeys to behave as an effective second seismic system.
