摘 要:参照已有受腐蚀钢材力学性能试验数据和研究成果,采用有限元数值模拟方法,建立某12层住宅钢结构腐蚀前和腐蚀后的两个模型,对经城市大气25~50年腐蚀后的住宅钢结构性能进行分析,为综合评估住宅钢结构防腐蚀层面的耐久性提供依据。建模时考虑腐蚀引起的构件截面减损和钢材力学性能降低的影响,以及室内外构件所处环境的差别。根据相关规范对结构和构件的验算结果表明:城市大气25~50年的腐蚀削弱了住宅钢结构承重构件的承载力储备,并使结构的侧向刚度降低。鉴于钢结构住宅在使用期内不便进行涂装维护,为了保证结构在50年设计使用期内的安全性,住宅钢结构处于室外的承重钢构件,应确保有10%的承载力储备。Based on existing test data and production of mechanical property of corroded steel,two finite element models of a 12-floor residential steel structure were founded by applying finite element numerical simulation technique to analyze the structural performance after 25 to 50 years of corrosion in urban atmosphere and to provide basis of synthetically evaluation of the influence of corrosion on the durability of residential steel structures.One model represented uncorroded structure and the other represented corroded structure.The building process of finite element model took the cross-section loss of members,reduction of steel mechanical property due to corrosion and the difference of air environment between indoor members and outdoor members into account.Results of checking according to correlative criterions of the overall structure and members indicate that corrosion in urban atmosphere for 25 to 50 years weakens the stock of bearing capacity of load-bearing structure and reduces the lateral rigidity of structure.In view of the situation that it is inconvenient to maintain the coating of residential steel structure during usage period,outdoor load-bearing members of residential steel structure should have a bearing capacity stock of 10% to ensure the safety of structure during the 50-year-long design working life.
