摘　　要：通过对国务院矿产资源管理三个办法中探矿权、采矿权价款的含义 ,收取目的以及对在矿政管理实际操作中的有关问题和注意事项的讨论 ,提出了矿业权人和地勘单位在矿产勘查中应注意的问题。After described the meaning and significance of exploration right,mining right and price of the three management regulations on minerals by the State Council,the related problems in mining management is discussed ,and given some advises to the legal person of mining industry and geological exploration departments.
