加味越鞠丸治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨加味越鞠丸治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:将我院收治的92例功能性消化不良患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各46例,对照组患者采用常规治疗,治疗组患者在此基础上加用加味越鞠丸治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗组患者总有效率为91.3%,显著高于对照组的73.9%,差异显著(P<0.05)。停药1月内,治疗组复发3例,复发率为6.5%,对照组复发8例,复发率为17.4%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味越鞠丸在治疗功能性消化不良及预防该病复发方面具有显著的疗效,无严重不良反应。Objective： To explore the flavored bowed pill treatment the clinical curative effect of functional indigestion.Methods： 92 cases were divided into the treatment group and control group,and the control group were treated by conventional treatment,the treatment groups of patients based on this add with flavored bowed the pill treatment.Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group patients was 91.3%,significantly higher than those in the control group 73.9%,significant difference（P0.05）.The recurrence rate was 6.5% in treatment group and control group in the recurrence rate was 17.4%,significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion： Flavored bowed the shot in the treatment of functional indigestion has the remarkable curative effect,and no serious adverse effects.
