中药抗感染洗剂治疗骨外伤性创面感染临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药抗感染洗剂治疗骨外伤性创面感染的临床疗效。方法:将我院2009～2011年间收治的82例骨外伤性创面感染患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各41例,观察组患者给予中药抗感染洗剂治疗,对照组患者给予常规碘伏外敷治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组41例患者治愈32例,显效4例,有效3例,治疗总有效率为95.1%,明显高于对照组患者的75.6%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:采用中药抗感染洗剂治疗骨外伤后创面感染临床疗效好,药效能够更好的作用于感染部位,促进患者创面的愈合,且操作简便,对患者的毒副作用小,较为安全,值得临床进一步推广使用。Objective： To study the Chinese traditional medicine anti-infective treatment lotion bone traumatic wound infection clinical curative effect.Methods： 82 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group of traditional Chinese medicine to fight infection lotion treatment group,give regular iodine topical treatment,to observe the curative effect of the two groups.Results： To observe the treatment group total effective rate was 95.1%,significantly higher than 75.6% in control group,the difference was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion： The traditional Chinese medicine anti-infective treatment lotion bone trauma wound infection after clinical curative effect is good,and the operation is simple,relatively safe,it is worth clinical promotion.
