急性化脓性阑尾炎病原菌及药敏分析

摘　　要：目的:研究急性化脓性阑尾炎患者病原菌及药敏情况。方法:对127例急性化脓性阑尾炎患者进行取材细菌培养、鉴定及药物敏感试验,分析培养所得的病原菌及药敏结果。结果:有11例标本分离出二种细菌,共分离得细菌138株,各种致病菌间的药敏结果存在差异。结论:急性化脓性阑尾炎的主要致病菌为大肠埃希菌,厄他培南、丁胺卡那、头孢吡肟、头孢替坦、头孢他定、亚胺培南、美罗培南、哌拉西林他唑巴坦对病原菌有较好的治疗效果。Objective：To study the acute suppurative appendicitis pathogenic bacteria and drug sensitive situation.Methods： To culture,indentify and drug susceptibility test 127 cases of acute suppurative appendicitis patients,analysis the pathogenic bacteria culture and drug susceptibility test results.Results：A total of 138 strains bacteria to separation,including 11 patients specimen separate two bacteria.The drug Sensitivity of All kinds of pathogenic bacteria are different.Conclusion：Pathogenic bacterias of Acute suppurative appendicitis are mainly escherichia coli,ertapenem,cefotetan,imine culture south,meropenem,butylamine card that,cefepime cephalosporin,he shall,piperacillin he azole and tanks still have good treatment effect to pathogenic bacteria.
