摘　　要：目的:研究湖北十堰地区葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G-6PD)缺乏症发生情况。方法:以我院3254例婴幼儿及2986对婚(产)检夫妻为研究对象,采用G6PD定量比值法行G-6PD缺乏症筛查,并回顾性分析受试对象G-6PD缺乏症的发生情况。结果:婴幼儿组男性G-6PD缺乏症发生率3.12%(中度缺乏0.53%、重度缺乏2.59%),女性发生率为2.05%(中度缺乏1.34%、重度缺乏0.71%)男、女G-6PD缺乏症发生率及中、重度缺乏比例构成均有统计学差异(P均<0.05);成人组中男性G-6PD缺乏症发生率4.48%,女性G-6PD缺乏症发生率3.32%,男、女G-6PD缺乏症发生率有统计学差异(P<0.05),男、女性本地及外地缺乏症发生率均无统计学差异(P>0.05);婴幼儿组与成人组比较男、女G-6PD缺乏症发生率均有统计学差异。结论:积极开展婚(产)前检查、新生儿筛查对G6PD缺乏症发生率的减少及对G6PD缺乏症患者控制诱因接触,维护患者的生命健康均有积极的作用。Objective：To investigate the situation in Shiyan,Hubei,glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase（G-6PD） deficiency.Metheds：In my hospital 3254 cases of infants and 2,986 pairs the marriage（production） seized couple as the research object,used the ratio of G6PD quantitative technique G-6PD deficiency screening and retrospectively analyzed the subjects G-6PD deficiency.Results： Infant group male G-6PD deficiency incidence of 3.12%（0.53% moderate lack,the lack of severe 2.59%）,the female rate of 2.05%（moderate deficiency 1.34% 0.71% severe lack）.The incidence of male and female G-6PD deficiency and moderate and severe lack of proportion constituted were statistically significant（P0.05）;Adult male G-6PD deficiency incidence of 4.48%,the female G-6PD deficiency was 3.32%,the men and women in G-6PD deficiency incidence of significant difference（P0.05）,Male,female,both local and foreign deficiency There was no significant difference（P0.05）;compared male infants and young children and adults,the female G-6PD deficiency disease incidence statistically significant difference.Conclusion：Active in the marriage（production） check,newborn screening for G6PD deficiency reduced disease incidence and control incentives contact with G6PD deficiency,and maintenance have an active role in the life and health of the patient.
