摘　　要：目的:探讨应用Braden压疮风险评估量表进行分级护理对预防压疮发生方面的重要作用。方法:我院综合ICU自2011年开始对患者实行应用Braden压疮风险评估量表进行压疮风险评估,将2010年1月～12月收住综合ICU的109例患者(对照组)与2011年1月～12月收住综合ICU的555例患者(观察组)进行比较,比较两组病人住院期间压疮的发生率。其中对照组采取2小时翻身1次、气垫床减压等护理措施;观察组,根据Braden压疮风险评估量表得出的高危、中危、低危的不同评估结果进行分层护理,制定不同的压疮预防与治疗方案。结果:观察组压疮发生率为1.4%,对照组为10.1%,两组发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用Braden压疮风险评估量表对综合ICU患者进行分层护理管理,可以有效的减少压疮发生率。Objective： To investigate the role of Braden assessment scales in prevention of pressure ulcer.Methods： The Braden assessment scales were used in 2011 in our comprehensive ICU,The incidences of separately about 109 patients hospitalized in our comprehensive ICU in 2010（the control group） and about 555 patients（the obserbation group） were compared.The care programs such as turn over every 2 hours,using of air beds,et al were application in former,and stratified care programs when using Braden assessment scales were application in latter.Results： The pressure ulcer incidences of the obserbation group was 1.4% and the control group 10.1%.The incidence has significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion： The stratified care programs when using Braden assessment scales can effectively reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers.
