开放性手术与微创经皮肾镜取石术在治疗上尿路复杂性结石的临床价值探讨

摘　　要：目的:旨在分析在上尿路复杂性结石的治疗当中,开放性手术与联合输尿管镜钬激光碎石术(MPCNL)的临床价值之间的比较。方法:选取尿路复杂性结石79例,按照随机的原则将患者分为两组,分别接受开放性手术和MPCNL。结果:MPCNL的结石清除率与开放性手术类似(P>0.05),但是手术时间、出血量、住院时间和术后不良反应均要低于开放性手术(P>0.05)。结论:MPCNL对于患者复杂性上尿路结石的治疗具有极高的价值。Objective：We aims to analyze the clinical value of open ureterolithotomy and minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy（MPCNL）.Methods：Select 79 complicated upper ureteral calculi patients. We divided the patients into 2 groups, conducted open ureterolithotomy and MPCNL respectively.Results：In the group of MPCNL, the successful rate of calculi removed is similar to the group of open ureterolithotomy（P〉0.05）, however , the operation time, bleeding volume, length of stay, adverse reactions are lower than the group of open ureterolithotomy（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：MPCNL has high clinical value in the treatment of complicated upper ureteral calculi.
