临时心脏起搏器植入术在缓慢性心律失常患者外科手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨缓慢性心律失常患者在临时心脏起搏器保护下进行外科手术的可行性。方法:对我院167例缓慢性心律失常的患者,先行临时心脏起搏器植入术,后行外科手术,观察其临床应用效果。结果:本组167例患者均成功植入临时心脏起搏器,起搏参数正常。所有患者均在临时心脏起搏器保护下顺利地完成了外科手术,无1例出现并发症。结论:在植入了临时心脏起搏器的情况下,对伴有缓慢心律失常的患者进行外科手术安全、有效,降低了手术的风险,保证了手术的顺利进行。Objective：To investigate the feasibility of slow arrhythmia patients by surgical operation in the temporary cardiac pacemaker under protection.Methods：167 patients in our hospital with chronic arrhythmia patients, the first temporary cardiac pacemaker implantation,after surgical operation,observe the clinical application effect.Results：In this group,167 patients were successfully implanted temporary cardiac pacing, pacing parameters in normal.All the patients were protected by the provisional pacemaker successfully completed the surgery operation,no complications occurred in 1 cases.Conclusion：With slow arrhythmia surgery diseases underwent surgical operation safe, protected by the provisional pacemaker effectively, reduce the operation risk, to ensure the smooth operation.
