摘　　要：针对特殊电梯的特点与项目开发中的问题,分析了影响特殊电梯开发项目的主要风险因素,采用AHP层次分析法对各风险因素进行了定量分析与计算,量化了各类风险因素的影响度,为企业项目的风险管理提供了依据。Based on specific characteristics of special elevator and the problems in the project development, analyzed the major risk factors in the project development of special elevator, and Used the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to various risk factors in the quantitative analysis and calculation, and quantified the effect of all kinds of risk factors, provided the basis to project risk management for the enterprise.
