摘　　要：目的探讨门诊输液室医院感染的影响因素，并分析预防措施，以降低门诊输液室医院感染发生率，保证患者及医务人员生命健康。方法选取我院门诊输液室2009年10月～2011年10月收治的192例患者及17名医务人员，探讨其医院感染发生率及影响因素。结果192例患者中，35例出现医院感染，感染率18．2％，17名医务人员中1名出现医院感染，感染率5．9％，多因素回归分析发现，门诊输液室布局不合理、环境卫生消毒差、静脉穿刺操作、医用物品管理不严格、废物处理方法不当及患者年龄较小为独立危险因素（P〈0．05）。结论上述项目是导致门诊输液室成为医院感染的高危科室的主要因素，给患者及医务人员的生命健康带来了较大威胁，应强化医务人员预防感染意识、改善门诊输液室环境并加强自我防护意识，从而降低门诊输液室医院感染率．避免医患纠纷的发生。Objective Hospital outpatient infusion room to explore the influencing factors and analyze preventive measures to reduce the outpatient infusion room hospital infection rates, guaranteed life and health of patients and medical staff. Methods Choose a hospital outpatient infusion room from October 2009 to October 2011, 192 cases treated patients and 17 medical personnel, investigated the incidence of nosocomial infection and influence factors analysis of preventive measures. Results Among the 192 patients, there were 35 cases of hospital infection, the infection rate was !8.2%, 17 medical staff a total of 1 occured hospital infection, the infection rate was 5.9%, multiple regression analy- sis found that, the outpatient transfusion room layout was not reasonable, environmental sanitation and disinfection, vein puncture operation, medical material management is not strict, waste treatment improper methods and younger patients were independent risk factors of hospital outpatient transfusion room infection （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion The project is led outpatient infusion room of hospital infection risk departments to become a major factor for patients and medical staff brought a greater threat to life and health, the medical staff should be strengthened to prevent infection awareness, improve outpatient infusion room environment and enhance self-protection awareness , thereby reducing hospital infection rates outpatient izrfusion room, to avoid the occurrence of medical disputes.
