摘　　要：28岁女性,行腹腔镜下单侧卵巢成熟性畸胎瘤剥除术后即出现卵巢早衰,这种医源性POF是一种比较罕见而严重的手术并发症。此病例提示医生在行腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术时,手术技巧仍有待改进和完善,要重视对正常卵巢组织的保护。A 28 years old woman who had underwent laparoscopic excision of unilateral mature teratonm of ovary was documented postsurgical ovarian failure. The complication occurred immediately after the surgery. This kind of iatrogenic POF is a rare and severe complication. The case indicates that gynaecologists need to improve surgical skill in laparoscopic ovarian cyst elimination and to attach more importance to the protection of ovarian tissue and function.
