复方皂矾丸联合环孢素加雄激素治疗再生障碍性贫血疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方皂矾丸联合环孢素加雄激素治疗再生障碍性贫血的疗效。方法选取符合诊断标准的再生障碍性贫血患者39例,分成对照组和治疗组。对照组18例应用环孢素加雄激素治疗,治疗组21例在对照组的治疗基础上联合复方皂矾丸治疗,观察及比较两组治愈率、总有效率。结果治疗组治愈率19.05%,总有效率85.71%;对照组治愈率5.56%,总有效率61.11%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方皂矾丸联合环孢素加雄激素治疗再生障碍性贫血获得较好疗效。Objective To observe treatment effects of compound Zaofan pill combined with cyclosporine androgen with aplastic anemia. Methods It was selected 39 patients with aplastic anemia to divide into two groups. The control group （18cases） was received only cyclosporine androgen, while the therapy group （21cases） was received compound Zaofan pill combined with cyclosporine androgen. The healing rate, total effective rate were observed and compared. Results The treatment group showed the healing rate of 19.05% ,the total effective rate of 85.71% ,while the observation group showed the healing rate of 5.56% ,the total effective rate of 61.11% , showing significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05））. Conclusion The compound Zaofan pill , when combined with cyclosporine androgen , could effec- tively treat with aplastic anemia.
