摘　　要：目的:探讨动机性访谈对控制血液透析间期体重的效果。方法:选择透析患者31例,按不同文化程度随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组16人实施常规护理宣教,实验组15人实施动机性访谈:包括通过议程设置,探索心理,提供信息,倾听和概述,选择方法5个程序,观察血液透析间期体重控制情况。结果:对照组透析间期体重控制达标6人(37.5%),实验组达标12人(80%),2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:动机性访谈对血液透析间期体重控制比常规护理宣教效果好。[Objective] To study the effect of motivational interviewing for the weight control during the hemodialysis Period. [Method] 31 hemodialysis patients were randomly divided half- and- half by degree of education into control group （16 pa- tients） and experimental group （ 15 patients）. Control group was accepted common nursing education. Experimental group was accepted motivational interview which consist of procedure design, exploration of psychological, information providing, reflec- tive listening , summary and selecting method to study the weight control during the hemodialysis period. [ Result ] In control group, there was 6 patients （37.5%）in the weight control during the hemodialysis period reach the standard, but in experimen- tal group, there was 12 patients （80%）in the weight control reach the standard. There was statistics difference between them. [ Conclusion]The eaffect of motivational interviewing for the weight control during the hemodialysis period is better than com- mon nursing education.
