摘 要:目的:探讨延伸健康教育对乳腺癌患者术后康复的作用。方法:选取2009年1月至2011年12月在我院外科行乳腺癌根治术的患者81例,采用随机数字表分组法分为观察组(42例)和对照组(39例)。2组在住院期间和出院时均给予常规护理及健康教育,观察组在此基础上实施延伸健康教育,应用健康状况调查问卷(SF-36中文版)评价2组出院时及出院6个月后的生活质量。结果:出院6个月后观察组患者除躯体疼痛、精力评分外,其他各项生活质量评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:延伸护理服务,将健康教育延伸至乳腺癌术后出院患者的治疗康复过程中,提高了患者康复训练的依从性和效果,从而促进了患者的整体康复和生活质量的提高。[ Objective] To investigate the effect of extended health education on the recovery of breast cancer patients after surgery. [Method] 81 subjects underwent radical mastectomy in our hospital between January 2009 and December ~A)ll were recruited in this study. Subjects were separated into observation group (42 subjects) and control group (39 subjects) by using random number table. Both groups were given routine nursing care and health education at the time of hospitalization and before discharge. The observalion group was fm'ther given extended health education. The quality of life of both groups was assessed using the survey of SF - 36 at discharge and in 6 months after discharge. [ Result~ For the observation group, all the subscales in the SF- 36 except bodily pain and vitality subscales were significantly higher than those in the control group (p 〈 0.05 or 0.01) in 6 months after discharge. [ Conclusion] The extended nursing care, which extended the health education into rehabili- tation process after discharge for the breast cancer patients with surgery, improved the compliance and efficiency of rehabilitation training, and thus improved rehabilitation and the quality of life of the patients.
