摘　　要：介绍了整体型外圈自润滑关节轴承的特点,总结了无自润滑层和带自润滑层的整体型外圈关节轴承的制造工艺,探讨了自润滑层无损伤的精密成形新工艺,最后指出了整体型外圈自润滑关节轴承的成形技术发展趋势。The characteristics of self - lubricating spherical plain bearing with one piece outer ring are introduced. The manufacturing technologies are summarized for the, bearing with or without self - lubricating layer. The new precision forming technologies are discussed, which aren＇t likely to damage self - lubricating layer. At last, the development tendency of forming technology is pointed out for self - lubricating spherical plain bearing with one piece outer ring.
