基于SMART方法的低碳生态城市规划设计实践研究——以深圳国际低碳城启动区规划为例

摘　　要：近二三十年来,全球气候变暖及生态破坏的问题已日益引起国际社会的广泛关注。先锋城市深圳在经济高速发展的同时,一直高度重视生态环境建设,并着手重点开展深圳国际低碳城建设,力争将其打造为中欧可持续城镇化合作旗舰项目。该文在对低碳生态城市建设策略及相关理论进行深入研究,创新性总结出低碳生态城市规划设计的五个核心议题(即SMART方法),并基于深圳国际低碳城启动区规划的实践,尝试在构建碳汇网络S、优化微气候M、绿色建筑应用A、高效利用资源能源R、引导绿色交通出行T五方面进行探索性研究,为当前的低碳生态城市规划提供参考。Based on the research strategy and related theories of low-carbon eco-city construction,we summarize five issues of low-carbon eco-city planning and design （S.M.A.R.T）：Sequestration network （S）,optimize the Microclimate （M）,green Architecture （A）,efficient energy Resources use （R） and low-carbon Travel （T）.We use SMART to exploratory study and practice in the project which name is ＂Promoter Region of Shenzhen Intemational low-carbon city＂ and also acquire lot great experiences,so as to provide a reference for the current low-carbon eco-city planning.
