软权力概念的科学界定探索

摘　　要：软权力理论是国内政治学研究的热点之一,但是该理论的缺陷也影响了软权力理论的科学性,其中软权力概念的模糊界定是引发学术争辩的根源。通过梳理约瑟夫·奈的英文原著,总结了约瑟夫·奈软权力概念的本意,也发现了约瑟夫·奈对其理论的扩展意义。在以上分析的基础上,根据构建社科理论的通用标准,提出了较为严谨的软权力概念及其判断依据。Soft Power is one of hot topics of domestic political theories, its shortcomings; however, influence the scientific theory of soft power. The ambiguity of its definition leads to academic debates. The paper, by summarizing the English original work by Joseph S. Nye$, abstracts the meaning of the Professor Joseph S. NyeS theory on power and discovers his expanded meanings of the theory, On the basis of the analysis above and according to the common standards for building scientific social theories, this paper proposes more rigorous concept of soft power and the reasons to identify it.
