摘  要:物体的质量、质心以及转动惯量是重要的质量特性参数,它们是衡量物体自身运动优越性能的重要指标。根据扭转法原理,以扭杆作为扭转原件,利用光电轴角编码器记录摆动周期,设计了一种一体化测量不规则物体质量特性参数的装置,能够一次性测量物体的质量、质心以及质量不均匀、形状不规则物体的自身转动惯量。实验证明该测量装置具有一体化程度高、测量简单、测量精度高的特点。该方法下的研究成果为以后测量装置的标准化、商品化奠定基础。With regard to the object, the mass, the center of mass and the moment of inertia are very important parameters in the measurement of part of quality characteristic parameters. They are important indexes to measure whether objects own movement is superior performance or not. According to the method principle, with torsion bar as the torsional original power component, the use of optical electric axial angle encoder records the torsional period, so as to design a kind of integrative device for measuring the quality characteristic parameters of irregular objects, which can one -time measure the quality distribution inequality and the shape irregularity of object's quality, center of mass and moment of inertia of the object itself. The experiment proves that the measuring device is with a high degree of integration, and the measurement method is simple and it has the characteristic of high measuring accuracy. The method of research results lay a foundation for standardization and commercialization of measuring device.
