摘  要:考虑齿轮时变啮合刚度、啮合阻尼以及外部激励载荷的综合影响,建立了二级分流式双圆弧圆柱齿轮传动系统的弯曲-扭转耦合振动的力学模型和数学模型,并给出了齿轮轮齿啮合刚度、阻尼,传动轴的弯曲和扭转刚度、阻尼,以及输入和输出激励的计算方法;建立了变速箱传动系统传动效率的仿真模型;利用Matlab编程,采用子空间迭代法对系统的固有特性进行计算,同时对此系统的稳态响应进行了求解并分析比较了啮合刚度、啮合阻尼及外载荷、螺旋角等对它们的影响。最后对模型的传动效率进行了仿真计算,证明了传动轴弯曲变形参数对扭转振动的影响不能忽略。研究结果对于指导变速箱设计、完善系统效率仿真模型以及提高系统效率仿真精度具有重要的理论价值。Lateral-torsional coupling vibration mechanical and mathematical model of level two split type double circular-arc cylindrical gears transmission system are established considering the combined influence of the time-varying meshing stiffnesses, meshing damping, fluid damping and external loads etc. And the calculation methods of meshing stiffness and damping of gears teeth, transmission shafts bending and twisting stiffness and damping, as well the input and output incentive forces are giver~ Transmission efficiency of gearbox drive system is built. Taking the software of matlab as simulation platform, characteristic properties of transmission system is analyzed by the subspace iteration method. And the stationary response is calculated, at the same time, the influence of meshingstiffnesses, meshing damping, and external loads, helical angle to them are analyzed. At last, the transmission efficiency is researched, and it demonstrates that the influence of bending deflection parameters of transmission shaft bending stiffness, bending damping and external loads to the torsional vibration is not neglected. The results of research to guide the reduction gearbox design and improve transmission efficiency simulation model and improve its accuracy are of great theoretical value.
