摘  要:采用CAD/CAPP/CAM集成技术编制数控加工程序是当今的主流,而面向现有的CAD系统,通过二次开发,扩展CAPP、CAM功能是实现集成的主要途径。AutoCAD在我国有广泛的应用,是一个具有强大功能的面向对象的CAD应用软件,具有良好的开放性,为用户提供了包括ObjectARX在内的多种开发工具,用以在其基础上进行定制和开发。以VC++.NET和ObjectARX为开发工具,在AutoCAD平台上开发出了双刀架数控车床自动编程技术,实现了AutoCAD向CAM领域的延伸。在双刀架数控机床上加工火车车轮为研究对象,开发出一种基于AutoCAD平台及其开发工具ObjectARX的图形交互式双刀数控车床自动编程系统,在AutoCAD基础上扩展了CAPP、CAM功能,可明显降低NC编程成本,提高编程质量和速度,帮助企业更快完成订单。详细论述了图形交互工艺规划的内容,刀位数据的计算方法和后置处理流程。Using CAD/CAPP/CAM integration technology of NC machining program is the mainstream nowadays, and facing the existing CAD system, through the secondary develapment,extension of the function of CAPP,CAM is the main way to realize integration. AutoCAD/s widely used in our country, being a object oriented CAD application software with powe^ul functions, having good openness, and provMing users with a variety of develapment tools, including ObjectARX, on whose basis carries out customization and developmenLh uses VC++.NET and ObjectARX as development tools, develops double numerical control lathe automatic programming technology on A utoCA D platform, and implements the extension in the field of AutoCAD to CAM. With processing train wheel on double lathe numerical control lathe as the research object, it developed a kind of graphics interactive double numerical control lathe automatic programming system based on AutoCAD platform and development tools of ObjectARX, and based on AutoCAD it extended the function of CAPP, CAM, which can obviously reduce NC programming costs, and improve the quality of programming and speed, help enterprise quickly complete the order.h describes in detail interactive process planning, the calculation method of cutter location data and post processing.
