摘  要:为实现海上风电安装船升降系统的远程监控,文中开发了以PLC为核心的分布式控制系统,主站和从站,总站与上位机之间通过现场总线交换数据。在上位机上,基于WinCC组态软件开发了监控系统,并使用了WinCC组件WinCC Web Navigator构建了WinCC Web Navigator Server服务器,从而使远程客户机通过Internet就可以访问运行在上位机上的WinCC项目,远程监控风电安装工作船。系统的试运行表明该系统操作简单、人机交互友好,可靠性高,能够很好地满足人们对风电安装工作船远程监控的需求。In order to control and monitor jack-up system of offshore wind turbine installation vessel, the distributed control system based on PLC is put forwacd. Data exchange is conducted through fieldbus, which occurs between the master station and the slave stations, or between the master station and the upper-level computer. The supervisory control system based on WinCC is developed in the upper-level computer and WinCC Web Navigator server is also built using WinCC Web Navigator, which is a component of WinCC, so through the internet, the remote user can visit the WinCC project which is running in the upper-level computer to control and supervise the wind turbine installation vessel remotely. The test run of the system shows that the system developed is convenient to operate with friendly interface and high reliability, and it can fully meet the requirement that the people can control and supervise the wind turbine vessel in the internet.
