摘 要:随着国民经济高速发展,轴承在各个领域广泛应用,因此提高轴承的组装效率,实现流水线生产自动化是轴承行业发展的必然趋势。然而,由于目前的外径带卡环系列深沟球轴承(国标后缀NR系列)的装配工序在整个行业中普遍处于人工操作或半自动操作状态,这使得产品生产的流转速度慢,生产效率低,劳动强度大,管理成本高,这难于满足大批量生产和企业现代化管理的要求,为此设计开发了一种球轴承止动环自动组装机,以满足市场的大量需求。依据球轴承止动环自动装配机的工作原理,论述了新型球轴承止动环自动组装机的设计开发过程,并对设计的几个关键机构的工作过程进行了详细的阐述。最后针对整体设备调试中存在的问题提出了有效的解决方案。Along with high speed development of national economy, bearing is widely used in all fields, thus improving the efficiency of bearing assembly, and the production line automation is the inevitable trend in the bearing industry development. however, the assembly process of the current deep groove ball bearing with outer diameter with snap ring, (gb suffix NR series) is generally in the manual or semi-automatic operation state in the whole industry, which makes the production flow speed is slow, production efficiency is low, the labor intensity is big, and the management cost is high, all of which make it difficult to meet the requirements of mass production and modern management. It designed and developed a ball bearing snap ring automatic bounding machine, in order to meet the demand of the market.The design processes of automatic assembly machine for ball bearing snap ring are introduced according to its working prineiple, and the working process of the key mechanisms designed are expounded in detail. In order to solve the problems in the overall equipment's debugging, some effective solutions were put forward here finally.
