摘 要:刀库及自动换刀装置属于典型高可靠性要求的复杂机电系统,针对小子样产品在可靠性评定中试验信息量较少的缺点,文章利用信息熵的相关理论,提出一种可靠性数据折合与评定方法,进行不同环境试验单元之间和"金字塔"式多级系统相邻两级之间的信息折合。讨论了基于经典法的串联系统可靠性评定第一近似限。并以链式刀库及机械手的可靠性综合评定进行实例验证,证明该方法适用正确有效,在大型数控机床可靠性评定方面具有广泛的应用价值。ATC is typical of the high reliability complex electromechanical system. To solve the disadvantage of less test information in the reliability evaluation of small sample products, a evaluation method which based on information entropy theory is presented in this paper. The information from test units in different test environment and different level of the Multi-level system were equivalent to the overall information used in the reliability evaluation. The first approximation limit of series system based on the Classical method was discussed. An example of chain machine was given to illustrate this method. The result shows that this method is effective for engineering application.
