摘  要:试验旨在研究不同微生物制剂处理对稻草瘤胃体外发酵指标的影响,试验选用A、B、C 3种微生物制剂及其组合对稻草进行微贮试验,设7个处理组和1个对照组,稻草微贮期为60 d。采用体外批次培养方法测定其产气量、NH3-N、BCP浓度并进行相关性分析。结果表明:①微生物制剂A、B、C及其组合处理组的产气量高于对照组,单独使用以A制剂总产气量最大,联合使用以A+B组合总产气量最大;②除微生物制剂处理A组外,3种微生物制剂及其组合处理组NH3-N浓度均高于对照组,并且微生物制剂C及A+B+C组合显著高于对照组。而且均在瘤胃微生物生长最适的NH3-N浓度范围内;③3种微生物制剂及其组合处理组BCP浓度均高于对照组,并且微生物制剂A+B+C组合效果最好;④从NH3-N、BCP浓度综合考虑,单独使用以C制剂最好,联合使用以A+B+C组合较好;⑤培养液中BCP浓度与NH3-N浓度呈现中等相关,其回归方程为:Y=1.214X+10.232(Y为培养液中BCP浓度,X为为培养液中NH3-N浓度,R2=0.677 8)This experiment was conducted to study the effect of different microbial preparation or combination on tureen disappearance rate of rice straw in Jinjiang cattle. Microbial prepara- tion of A, B, C and combinations were selected in this experiment for micro-storage rice straw, the test is divided into six treatment groups and control group. Period of micro-storage rice straw is 60 days.By culture in vitro, gas production, NH3-N, BCP concentration of rice straw culture, was measured, and that correlation of it was analysis. The results showed that: (1) Gas production of rice straw in the A,C,and A+B groups of microbial preparation was higher than that in control group, and that of A group was significantly higher than that in control group(P〈 0.05). Gas production of A group is maximum among single microbial preparation, and that of A+B group is maximum among different combinations. (2) NH3-N concentration of rice straw in the groups of microbial preparation was higher than that in control group, and that of C and A+ B+C group was higher than that in control group(P〈0.05), and that of every groups is suitablefor the growth of the rumen microbes. (3) BCP concentration of rice straw in the groups of microbial preparation was higher than that in control group, and A+B+C group is best among different combinations. @ By compre- hensive consideration concentration of NH3- N, BCP, C group is best among single micro- bial preparation, and A + B + C group is best among different combinations.
