控哮涂膜剂的皮肤刺激性实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察控哮涂膜剂对动物皮肤是否具有刺激性。方法皮肤刺激性实验通过对豚鼠局部完整皮肤和破损皮肤单次和多次涂药进行考察。结果控哮涂膜剂单次及多次给药在完整皮肤及破损皮肤的背部,受试区均未见水肿和红斑等刺激性反应发生,刺激评分强度分值小于0.5。结论本品局部1次或多次用药后,对正常和破损的皮肤均无刺激性。Objective： To investigate the skin irritation of film agent for asthma controlling on animals.Methods： The skin irritation of film agent for asthma controlling applied one and more times on normal and damaged skin of guinea pigs were observed.Results： The erythema and oedema were not observed on normal and damaged skin of guinea pigs by single and multiple doses.The stimulation score was less than 0.5.Conclusion： Film agent for asthma controlling causes no skin irritation on normal and damaged skin.
