摘　　要：目的观察参赭镇气丸治疗难治性高通气综合征的临床疗效。方法将72例难治性高通气综合征患者随机分为观察组37例及对照组35例,观察组口服参赭镇气丸,对照组口服阿普唑仑。两组疗程均为1个月。结果观察组组临床总有效率明显优于对照组,且急性发作评分,观察组明显低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论参赭镇气丸能有效治疗难治性高通气综合征。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Shenzhe Zhenqi Pill on refractory hyperventilation syndrome.Methods： 72 patients with refractory hyperventilation syndrome were randomly divided into the observation group of 37 cases and 35 cases in the control group,while the observation group was treated with Shenzhe Zhenqi Pill.The control group was treated with alprazolam.The two groups were treated for 1 month.Results： The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was significantly better than the control group,and the acute attack score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion： Shenzhezhenqi Pill is effective in the treatment of refractory hyperventilation syndrome.
