加味冰芒膏贴剂治疗外科感染性疾病的临床应用

摘　　要：目的观察加味冰芒膏贴剂治疗外科感染性疾病的临床效果。方法将符合纳入标准的急性蜂窝组织炎、丹毒、急性附睾炎、阑尾周围脓肿、急性乳腺炎随机分成两组,对照组给予抗感染及对症处理,治疗组则在上述治疗基础上加用加味冰芒膏贴剂病灶局部外敷,观察两组在不同治疗时点症状改善情况,分析疗效。结果治疗组在疼痛缓解、病灶消退方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味冰芒膏贴剂具有清热解毒、消肿止痛、活血通络的功效,用于外科感染性疾病的治疗,能够提高疗效,缩短病程。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of modified Bingmanggao paster on surgical infectious diseases.Methods： Acute cellulites,erysipelas,acute epididymitis,periappendicular abscess,and acute mastitis,who were in accordance with the inclusion criteria,were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group only were given anti-infection and expectant treatment,local focus of external application modified by BingMang Gao paster was added in experimental group.The symptom improvement of different therapeutic point in two groups were observed,and efficacy were analysed.Results： The experimental group was superior to the control group in pain relief and focus vanished away.Conclusions： Modified Bingmanggao paster has the efficacy of heat-clearing and detoxifying,detumescence and analgesic,and stasis dredge collaterals.It can improve the curative effect and shorten the course of disease in surgical infectious diseases treated.Therefore,It is good for widely clinical application.
