文件横向运动与档案利用活动关系研究

摘　　要：文件横向运动与档案利用活动既存在联系,又相互区别。在以往的相关研究中,由于缺少对两者间关系的辨析认识,从而造成了一些案例在解释文件横向运动时存在说服力不足的问题,甚至出现了一些案例"张冠李戴"的现象,在一定程度上削弱了文件横向运动的科学性,也不利于文件横向运动理论的深入研究。基于此,笔者详细对两者从相同点和不同点两个方面加以分析,以期加深对文件横向运动内涵的认识。There are several links and differences between the document lateral movement and archives using. In previous studies, because of the lack of knowledge about the relationship between them, it causes that several cases can not explain some problem about the phenomenon of document lateral movement. Even it exists the phenomenon of mistaken identity. To a certain extent, it weakens the scientific of document lateral movement. Besides, itis not good for the study of the document lateral movement deeply.So,the author analyses them from the same points and the differennes. In this wav. we nan deepen the acknewledae about the document lateral mnvement.
