商业银行入股对保险公司经营绩效影响的实证分析

摘　　要：以4家保险公司2005年～2011年的数据为研究对象,采用Panel data模型分析商业银行入股对保险公司经营绩效的影响,结果显示:商业银行入股与保险公司经营绩效之间呈正向关系,保费收入与保险公司经营绩效之间呈反向关系;保险公司的总资产与经营绩效呈正向关系,资产负债率与经营绩效呈负向关系。This paper uses the 2005 -2011 annual data released by the four insurance companies, and analyzes the relationship between commercial banks＇ share purchase and insurers＇ performance on the basis of panel data model. The research shows that the relationship between commercial banks＇ share purchase and insurers＇ performance is positive, which indicates that commercial banks＇ share purchase will enhance insurers＇ performance; the relationship between insurers＇ premium incomes and performance is negative, indicating that the increase of premium incomes will not lead to the increase of insurers＇ performance ; the relationship between insurers＇ total assets and performance is positive, but the relationship between their asset-liability ratio and performance is negative.
