HPLC法测定“冬病夏治”贴膏中芥子碱硫氰酸盐含量

摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法测定"冬病夏治"贴膏中芥子碱硫氰酸盐含量的方法。方法采用Hypersil ODS2色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);以乙腈-0.08mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾(每1000mL加三乙胺1.0mL)(12∶88);流速1.0mL·min-1;检测波长326nm。结果芥子碱硫氰酸盐线性范围3.0～30.0μg·mL-1(r=0.999 9),平均回收率和RSD分别为98.61%和1.47%。结论方法简便、可靠,可用于"冬病夏治"贴膏中芥子碱硫氰酸盐含量测定。OBJECTIVE To establish high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of the Sinapine thiocyanate in ＂treatment of Winter＇s Diseases in Summer＂ Path ;METHODS The analytical column was packed with the Hypersil ODS2 column （250mm×4.6mm,5μm）. The mobile phase used was acetonitrile, 0. 08mol · L^-1 Potassium phosphate monobasic solution （ adjusted with 1 mL triethylamine per 1000mL） at 12：88 （ V/ V） ;The flow rate was 1.0mL · min^-1 and the UV detection wavelength was 326nm. RESULTS The linear range of Sinapine thiocyanate was obtained from the range of 3.0 · 30. 01μg · mL^-1 （r = 0. 999 9 ）. The average recovery was 98.61% and RSD was 1.47%. CONCLUSION This method is simple,reliable and can be used for the determination of Sinapine thiocyanate in this preparation.
