偏瘫患者四肢联动康复治疗的临床护理研究

摘　　要：目的:观察应用四肢联动康复训练系统对偏瘫患者康复护理的疗效。方法:将76例偏瘫患者随机分为观察组和对照组各38例。观察组采用四肢联动康复护理加常规康复治疗,对照组为单纯常规康复治疗。采用Fugl—Meyer积分法评定肢体运动功能,应用Barthel指数评分法评定日常生活能力,分别在治疗前、治疗后8周进行。结果:治疗后两组各评定值均较治疗前改善,且观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:四肢联动康复训练护理对于脑卒中后偏瘫患者可增强肢体运动功能及协调性,提高日常生活活动能力和生活质量。Objective. To study the clinical effect of the total body recumbent stepper on hemiplegia patient. Methods： 76 hemiplegic patients were divided into two groups： control group （n=38） with the traditional methods and intervention group （n= 38） plus the total body recumbent stepper system. The Fugl-Meyer scale was used for assessing extremity function and the Barthel index was used for the activity of daily life before and after 8 weeks of treatment. Results. The two scores of both groups had improvement after training, while the intervention group was better than control group. The difference between the two groups reached statistical significance （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The total body recumbent stepper can improve the extremity function and the activity of daily life in the stroke patient with hemiplegia.
