摘  要:环剪仪测控系统设计基于Windows视窗操作系统,设计部分主要包括控制系统、采集系统、上位机控制显示系统。控制系统通过数模转换电路完成,以实现环剪仪的电压控制功能;采集系统通过多路模数转换电路完成,以实现多通道数据存储及传输功能;上位机控制显示系统应用LabVIEW设计,可以实现数据波形实时显示。通过模拟实验可以验证,环剪仪测控系统能够输出由上位机设定并经数模转换的电压信号来控制环剪仪的工作,环剪仪的多个传感器采集的模拟信号经模数转换后可以传到上位机中储存并以波形形式实时显示。Large ring shear apparatus is used to investigate the maximum soil deformation and shear strength. The large high speed ring shear apparatus acquisition system and control system Jilin University are still using the DOS disk operating system which makes the data acquisition control and data results show extremely inconvenient. In this paper, Windows operating system was used in the design of the acquisition and control system for the ring shear apparatus. The control system was designed using digital-to-analogue conversion circuit in order to realize the voltage control function. The acquisition system was designed using multiple analog-to-digital conversion circuit in order to realize data storage and data transmission. And the upper computer control and display system was designed using LabVIEW system to realize waveform real-time display. Simulation experiment verifies that the ring shear apparatus measurement control system can output the upper machine set voltage and convert multiple sensor signals to upper computer storage and display.
