摘　　要：动物生物安全三级实验室(ABSL-3)是目前我国生物防护级别最高实验室。其建设规范要求高,对硬件系统要求极其严格,与之对应的安全文件体系也较为严格和复杂,管理人员不仅需要有微生物学的相关知识,还需要有自动控制、电力管理等多学科的交叉背景。如何为实验人员提供安全、稳定、舒适的实验环境不仅是实验室硬件运行与管理需要探讨的重要内容,同时也是确保安全实验的前提。Currently, animal bio-safety level 3 laboratory （ABSL-3） is the highest level of biological protection laboratory in China. It has very high and strict requirements on the construction and hardware system. The managers are required not only to have the knowledge related to microbiology, but also to have the multi-disciplinary knowledge such as control and power management. This paper intended to give a brief account of the hardware operation and maintenance in ABSL-3 in order to provide a secure, stable and comfortable experimental environment for the laboratory staff.
