摘 要:结合电网发展现状和省公司内部的培训模式,分析了电力调度、监控、变电运行独立培训的弊端,在实际工作中,3个专业在处理日常工作和电网事故时互相联系、互相协作、统一调度、共同完成。以鞍山供电公司工作流程为例,建立了与实际工作相符合的培训模型,给出了B/S结构和C/S结构方案,并详细阐述了这2种模式的具体实施方案和优缺点,突出了建立"电力调度、监控、变电运行"一体化仿真模拟系统的必要性和可行性。Combined with internal development and provincial power grid training model,it analyzed the disadvantages of three independent professional training for the current electric power dispatching,monitoring and substation running.In practice,the three has close relations in the daily work and power grid accident such as in interrelation,in collaboration,unified dispatching etc..This paper takes Anshan Power Supply company as an example,it establishes a training model consistent with the actual work,provides the scheme of B/S structure and C/S structure,and expounds the concrete measures for implementation of these two models and the advantages and disadvantages.It highlights the necessity and feasibility of establishing the integrated simulation system for"Electric Power Dispatching,Monitoring and Substation Operation".
